I didn’t arrive at this work by accident.

With a background in diagnostic ultrasound, I’ve spent over 15 years observing the body from the inside out—witnessing how deeply interconnected our systems are, and how often stress and overwhelm are held beneath the surface.

At the same time, my path has been deeply rooted in movement, breath, and the philosophy of yoga. Through both clinical experience and personal exploration, I began to see that true healing doesn’t come from forcing the body—it comes from supporting it.

That realization led me to the Spinal Flow Technique.

Today, I guide individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—helping them release stored tension, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their body.

I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all.

There is a time for clinical care, and there is a time to slow down, listen, and allow the body to do what it’s designed to do.

My role is not to fix you—

but to create the space where your body can begin to heal.
